General Guidelines:

Corporations or labor organizations are limited as follows:

  • $5,000~ apportioned in any manner among all statewide candidates (but including a judge of the court appeals whose retention in office is voted on by a district that does not include all of Indiana); NOTE: This subcategory does not apply to state legislative candidates.
  • $5,000~ apportioned in any manner among all state central committees of political parties;
  • $2,000~ apportioned in any manner among all candidates for state senate;
  • $2,000~ apportioned in any manner among all candidates for state house of representatives;
  • $2,000~ apportioned in any manner among all state senate legislative caucuses;
  • $2,000~ apportioned in any manner among all state house of representative legislative caucuses;
  • $2,000~ apportioned in any manner among all candidates for district, county, local and school board offices; and
  • $2,000~ apportioned in any manner among all political party committees other than state central committees.

Individuals

  • In general, Indiana law does not limit individual contributions

PACs

  • In general, Indiana law does not limit PAC contributions.
